Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail, guest service, or hospitality experience—luxury or boutique environment preferred.
• Experience with Forbes 5-Star or AAA Five Diamond hotels/resorts is highly desirable.
• Interest in fashion, wellness, and local artisan offerings with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and engage them by name when possible.
• Provide personalized shopping assistance and gift recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Maintain detailed records of guest preferences and past purchases for VIP clients.
• Process all point-of-sale transactions accurately (cash, card, room charges, gift cards, exchanges).
• Handle returns or issues with empathy and service recovery.
• Wrap and package purchases to luxury presentation standards; deliver to rooms as needed.
• Keep the boutique clean, organized, and visually appealing with seasonal displays.
