Job summary

Maison Alaïa in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Assistant Boutique Director to drive boutique performance, lead a premium client-focused team, and manage day-to-day operations. You will report to the Boutique Director and play a key role in stock control, reporting, and delivering excellence in service.

The role requires boutique management experience in luxury retail, strong leadership, and fluency in English. Proficiency in MS Office is a must; CEGID knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage boutique performance and KPI targets with Boutique Director and team.
• Lead and develop staff to deliver exceptional client service and brand experience.
• Oversee boutique operations, stock, reporting, health and safety, and back-office admin.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and the local customer base.
