Job summary

Montblanc North America in Woodbury is seeking a Key Holder to drive sales and nurture client relationships within a luxury boutique.

You will achieve sales objectives, develop a clientele, maintain store aesthetics, and provide outstanding service while building knowledge of Montblanc collections. Fluency in English and Spanish, open availability including nights and holidays are required. Richemont offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales, preferably luxury products.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve preset sales objectives.
• Develop network and clientele.
• Capture client information and grow boutique relationships and sales.
• Maintain strong product knowledge of Montblanc collections.
• Provide outstanding customer service.
• Open/close boutique as required.
• Handle transfers in absence of management
• Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
