Job summary

US04 Richemont North America, Inc. is seeking a Boutique Assistant for Cartier in Las Vegas. This role supports the delivery of exceptional client experiences, managing appointments, and providing personal services. The ideal candidate has experience in luxury retail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in luxury retail, service, or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills and use of technology; MS Office required, SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift/move up to approximately 45 lbs. for prolonged periods.
• High energy, stamina, and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Promote a warm and welcoming boutique environment.
• Assist with client entertainment and product presentation.
• Manage boutique traffic flow and daily appointment scheduling.
• Provide personal services such as directions and restaurant reservations.
