Job summary

Cartier North America in Miami Design District is seeking a Boutique Assistant to support the client experience strategy in store, aligned with Maison Values. You will help deliver a 360 client journey, from appointment prep to post-visit engagement, within a luxury boutique setting.

Responsibilities include front- and back-of-house support, product presentation, and ensuring seamless client experiences that foster brand loyalty.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build extraordinary client experiences through hospitality excellence.
• Assist boutique team with appointment prep, entertainment, product presentation and sales finalization.
• Support appointment flow and manage the RDV booking tool and queue.
