Job summary

AMIRI is opening a new retail location in The Mall at Green Hills in Nashville. We seek enthusiastic Client Advisors to deliver exceptional service, achieve sales goals, and build lasting client relationships through product knowledge and refined selling techniques.

You will work in a luxury boutique environment, participate in merchandising, inventory, and client events, and collaborate with store and corporate teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business results.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales or client service in luxury goods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships through communication and follow-through.
• Drive for results with passion for creativity and brand.
• Provide outstanding customer service across in-person, written, phone, etc.
• Accurate handling of transactions and time management in fast-paced environment.
• Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate cash register and computer systems.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPI including: Individual Sales Volume, Units per Transaction (UPT) & Average Dollar per Transaction (ADS).
• Maintain a strong drive for results and a positive, team first attitude at all times.
• Ensure a welcoming client focused environment, which includes offering best in class service in person, over the phone, and through electronic communication
• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge by engaging clients through detailing the craftsmanshipand narrative of products.
• Develop vast and dynamic local and international client book and network; possess ability to grow this book/network.
• Partner with store and corporate management teams to ensure that each client issue is properly resolved to the benefit of the business.
• In coordination with management, participate in floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, and housekeeping as needed.
• Assist in preparing, packing, and wrapping merchandise upon request.
• Participate in all inventory and cycle counts and protect the assets of the Boutique through understanding and complying with operating procedures.
