Monarch Casino Resort Spa Black Hawk is seeking an energetic bartender to join our premier gaming and hospitality team in Black Hawk, Colorado. You will prepare drinks, follow recipes, and ensure guest satisfaction across day, swing, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Prefers 1-year prior bartending experience.
• Knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• English communication in a professional manner (written and spoken).
• Neat, professional appearance; adhere to grooming policies.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.
• Completion of specialized bartending school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients to guests at assigned stations.
• Mixes drinks according to recipes; keeps station stocked; handles cash and receipts.
• Operates a cash register and provides correct change.
• Maintains timing and adjusts pace to guest flow.
• Manages bar supplies and controls beverage costs.
• Sets up bar items and logs stock at shift start.
