Job summary

Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) is seeking a Bellstand Attendant to greet and escort guests, open doors, and assist Owners/guests with luggage and transportation around the property. This role supports delivering memorable vacation experiences and requires flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to rooms.
• Open doors and assist Guests entering and leaving the property.
• Inform guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
• Transport guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Assist with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assist Guests in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage.

Job description

Hourly Rate: $24.65

Valid driver's license may be required with at least one year of clean driving history.

Must be available for all shifts including 3rd shift (Overnight)

As a Bellstand Attendant, a typical day will include:

• Greet and escort guests to their rooms.
• Opens doors and assists Owners/guests/visitors entering and leaving the property.
• Informs guests of property amenities, services, hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
• Transports guest luggage to and from the villa/guest room and/or designated bell area.
• Assists with luggage storage and retrieval.
• Assists Owners/guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting with loading/unloading luggage.

Guest Experience and Company Standards

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.

To Become a Bellstand Attendant at AAH:

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 50lbs without assistance.
• The position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
