Tempur Sealy is seeking a Store Team Lead to drive exemplary customer service while selling Tempur-Pedic products. You will mentor and guide a team of Retail Sales Associates, with responsibilities that include merchandising and program implementation, under the Store Manager when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years retail management experience with high-end luxury and/or custom products.
• Strong sales skills in a consultative environment.
• Ability to lead, direct, and train others in a store setting.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall performance of a team of Retail Sales Associates.
• Provide leadership to the sales team in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and brand adherence.
• Continue to perform all Retail Sales Associate duties at a high level.
• Assist the Store Manager in identifying deficiencies and solving problems in the store and sales team.
• Assist with merchandising, implementation of company programs, and other needs.
• Resolve problems within the sales team and escalate larger issues to the Store Manager.
• Serve as liaison between the Sales Associates and Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
