Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Store/Retail/Counter Manager to lead, coach and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service and operational targets.

You will drive sales, deliver exceptional customer service and manage daily operations with a focus on brand standards and KPI achievement. Candidates should bring proven retail leadership, experience in cosmetics, and the ability to plan in-store events, manage scheduling and inventory while

Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience setting sales targets, analyzing performance, and scheduling staff.
• Inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation experience.
• Proven track record of leading a team to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Experience creating and executing in-store events.
• Able to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
