Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
• Set and achieve sales goals, including in-store and digital selling with selling tools.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store Beauty events and services.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, products and brand knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges and build Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
