Job summary

Dolce & Gabbana Beauty is seeking a Sales and Training Executive for Fort Worth, TX. This in-store role focuses on driving retail sales in the Specialty channel, coaching teams, and delivering beauty demonstrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years cosmetics/retail management experience.
• Proven experience in managing, motivating, training teams.
• Experience selling and providing makeup/skincare consultations.
• Experience in fragrance industry.
• Experience in Ulta or Sephora operations.
• Ability to plan, execute and analyze Beauty events.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Willing to drive to store locations and travel as territory requires.
• Work-from-home 1 day a week; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Create strategies and lead execution across designated territory.
• Plan, communicate, execute, and analyze in-store events and product launches.
• Monitor store performance and adjust strategy to reach goals.
• Report retail performance weekly, monthly, seasonal, yearly.
• Educate retail teams and freelancers on the brand and selling techniques.
• Coach on selling strategies and win in specialty channels.
• Partner with store personnel for best-in-class event executions.
• Ensure visual standards within guidelines.
