Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3+ years in cosmetics or retail management.
• Proven ability to train and motivate teams.
• Experience with department stores is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute strategies across the designated territory.
• Train and educate store teams and freelancers on the brand and selling techniques.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to meet sales plans.
• Monitor store performance and adjust strategies to achieve goals.
• Plan in-store events and product launches; manage seasonal budgets.
• Travel up to 50% and work from home 1 day per week when needed.
