Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant sales experience within the beauty, fragrance, or luxury goods industry, with luxury experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to manage, motivate, develop, and coach a team.
• Excellent verbal, written, and active listening communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Champion and elevate the customer experience by serving as a role model for internal Product Specialists and Co-Op Product Specialists.
• Develop Product Specialists to achieve individual sales goals by maximizing productivity through our selling ceremony and fostering partnerships throughout the store to promote Creed through interselling opportunities.
• Establish seasonal strategies and drive execution across the territory.
• Manage teams of Market Specialists, full-time, part-time, and temporary staff.
• Build strong partnerships with store management and elevated service teams, including personal shoppers, store stylists, digital stylists, and bridal registry teams.
• Prepare and deliver seasonal retailer presentations.
• Plan and negotiate product launches in partnership with store managers, department managers, and store teams.
• Identify opportunities for innovation within local markets, including growth initiatives that drive sales volume and increase brand awareness.
