Job summary

The Regional Sales Manager for Orange County will execute the sales strategy for Creed in the region, coaching in-store teams on the customer experience, and driving brand growth across responsible accounts in California.

You will partner with regional management to plan launches, manage budgets, recruit and train staff, and ensure merchandising guidelines are followed while delivering outstanding service and achieving share objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant sales experience in beauty/fragrance; luxury goods preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities with ability to coach a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical thinker with ability to identify growth opportunities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute the sales strategy for Creed within the Orange County region.
• Coach and develop in-store sales teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Plan and negotiate product launches with store management and ICP partners.
• Monitor regional performance and stock, and manage budgets and travel as needed.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new hires across the region.
