Estée Lauder Companies in the United States invites applications for a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service in a prestige beauty environment.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, carry out cash reconciliation and opening/closing duties on a rotating schedule, and help drive sales targets while delivering authentic, personalized service with a focus on brand standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Open availability including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Cash handling and opening/closing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach the sales team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Carry out opening and closing the store on a rota.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliation.
