Job summary

L'Oréal Luxe is seeking a Keyholder for its Luxury Beauty Stores. You will support the Store Manager to reach sales targets, build customer relationships, and execute plans aligned with the store strategy. You’ll help maintain product presentation and ensure a neat, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include delivering top customer service, training new staff, and enforcing company policies while helping drive productivity and attendance for all shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail/cosmetic experience preferred.
• Prior key holder experience preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Willing to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals and drive customer relationships.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and maintain brand image.
• Execute store plans, training, and visual directives.
• Open/close procedures and general store operations.
