Ulta Beauty, a premier beauty retailer, seeks a Luxury Beauty Advisor to maximize sales of Luxury brands in-store. You will engage guests, perform makeup applications and skincare consultations, and educate on products and promotions to drive loyalty and sales.

You will support events and demonstrations, build guest relationships, and maintain brand standards while ensuring a superior shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma is preferred.
• Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required by applicable state law.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed Luxury brand sales and clientele goals.
