Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience in-store. You will engage guests, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations while staying abreast of new trends and products.

You will support the Sales Manager, drive loyalty programs, and help maintain clean, replenished work areas and accurate merchandising to deliver a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology/esthetician license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Demonstrates passion and competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals in prestige sales and guest loyalty in the prestige category.
• Provide exceptional guest service; greet and engage guests and personalize recommendations.
• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store standards.
