Ulta Beauty is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor to maximize sales of luxury brands, engage guests, and determine their needs. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to enhance the guest experience and drive loyalty.

The role supports in-store events and promotions, with a focus on exceptional service and knowledge of luxury brands. A flexible schedule is required, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology license where required by state law.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed luxury brand sales and guest service goals.
• Provide makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Demonstrate products and drive the guest experience on the floor.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver sales goals.
