Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Luxury Beauty Advisor to maximize sales of luxury cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests to determine their needs and assisting in selection and purchase. You will represent the image and products of Ulta Beauty and the Luxury brands.

You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, product demonstrations, and book appointments for services and events while maintaining store standards and contributing to guest loyalty programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetics retail or beauty services preferred.
• Ability to educate guests about product ingredients and benefits.
• Flexibility to work a variable schedule.
