Responsabilidades

• Conduct makeup applications, skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve in-store and digital selling goals using selling tools including text and social media.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay current on beauty trends and products through Nordstrom trainings and brand partner sessions.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty by opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
