Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui seeks an experienced Recreation Manager to lead beach and pool operations, ensuring luxury service, safety, and guest satisfaction across a high-end resort environment.

You will manage staff, create weekly schedules, oversee payroll, conduct performance reviews, and collaborate with concierge and activities teams to deliver exceptional experiences for discerning guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in a luxury resort environment.
• Strong service orientation and guest-relations skills.
• Proven ability to manage payroll, schedules and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of beach and pool areas with emphasis on luxury service.
• Lead and coach Pavilion Attendants, Beach Attendants, Pool Attendants and Canoe Paddlers.
• Create weekly staff schedules in compliance with labor guidelines and track timekeeping.
