Fairmont Kea Lani Maui seeks an experienced Recreation Manager to oversee the beach and pool operations, ensuring luxury service and guest satisfaction. The role focuses on staff leadership, scheduling, and collaboration with the concierge and activities teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include guiding the Recreation department, managing labor, and supporting special hotel projects while maintaining aloha spirit and safety standards in a premium, all-suite resort

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience preferred in luxury resort environment.
• Pool/Recreation experience is an asset.
• CPR & First Aid Certification and TB clearance required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure luxury service and safety at beach and pool areas.
• Lead, coach and monitor performance of all team members.
• Manage labor and payroll by creating weekly schedules and updating time cards.
• Coordinate guest cabana reservations and liaise with concierge and activities agents.
• Support Director of Recreation with special projects and hotel activities.
