The ideal candidate should have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Prior bartending experience is preferred but not required, and knowledge of food safety regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a bartending or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
• Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service.
• Stay informed about drink specials, menu items, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
