Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is seeking a Bartender to be the face of the bar, blending wines, spirits, cocktails and beverage service to the highest standards in a fast-paced luxury setting.

You will engage with guests, take orders, make personalized recommendations and work with colleagues to deliver attentive service, while expanding your knowledge of premium beverages and responsible cash handling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of bartending or related hospitality experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong knowledge of wines, spirits, beers, cocktails, cognacs, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, and specialty beverages.
• Ability to accurately pour, mix, and blend beverages while maintaining consistency and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and guest engagement skills with a passion for luxury hospitality.
• Ability to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain any required food handling and alcohol service certifications.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve premium wines, spirits, beers, and handcrafted cocktails according to established recipes and Four Seasons luxury service standards.
• Create memorable guest experiences by taking orders, making personalized recommendations, and sharing knowledge of beverage origins, flavor profiles, and preparation methods.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests and concerns, and ensure every guest receives attentive, personalized service.
• Maintain smooth bar operations by accurately processing transactions, preparing garnishes, assisting with inventory, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a seamless dining experience.
