Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in high‑volume upscale banquet service, fine dining etiquette, and the ability to adapt to varied event sizes and dietary needs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in high‑volume, upscale banquet service or luxury hotel settings.
• Experience in fine dining service techniques and etiquette is highly preferred.
• Experience serving large groups (50+ guests) in formal event settings.
• Wine service knowledge and proper pouring techniques are required.
• Experience with POS systems and guest checking procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute formal banquet service styles including plated and family-style service.
• Serve multi-course meals with precision timing and elegant presentation.
• Provide expert wine service including proper pouring techniques and knowledge of pairings.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and dietary accommodations.
• Ensure consistent service standards across events from intimate dinners to large celebrations.
