Qualifications

• 1-2 years banquet/catering or fine dining service experience.
• Excellent guest service skills; able to work in team or alone.
• Comfortable with formal service styles (tray service, multi-course meals, wine presentation).
• Experience in luxury hospitality or Forbes service environments is a plus.
• On-call, evening and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Execute banquet service according to event orders and Forbes-level standards.
• Set up and break down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, place settings, buffets, and beverage stations.
• Greet guests warmly, offer beverage and menu information, and serve food and drinks in a courteous and timely manner.
• Communicate with Banquet Captains, Bartenders, and Culinary teams to ensure smooth event flow and prompt service.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of assigned work areas throughout the event.
• Handle guest requests, dietary needs, or service adjustments with professionalism and care.
• Assist with tray passing, food stations, plated service, and event resets as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and service protocols at all times.
