Carneros Resort and Spa is seeking a Banquet Houseperson to support weddings, meetings, and events across a luxury resort property. The role focuses on accurate setup, ongoing maintenance, and efficient breakdown of banquet spaces to uphold the resort’s high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

Qualifications

• Read, write, and speak English with clear communication.
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to follow diagrams, BEOs, and event layouts accurately.
• Commitment to safety procedures and incident reporting.
• Knowledge of California sanitation and beverage-service rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet and meeting spaces according to BEOs, diagrams, and timelines.
• Refresh event spaces during functions, ensuring cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Break down spaces and return furniture, equipment, and supplies to storage areas.
• Transport and store tables, chairs, risers, and other event equipment.
• Assist banquet servers and management with event logistics and flow.
