Langham Hospitality Group in Pasadena, CA, seeks a Banquet Manager to lead all banquet functions, ensuring exceptional service and seamless execution. You will oversee event coordination, staff management, inventory control, scheduling, payroll, and meetings to uphold Langham’s standards.

You will manage daily operations, liaise with the Director and other departments, supervise FOH staff, and work with culinary teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Prior banquet management experience.
• Must have open availability including early mornings, late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to multi-task under pressure while remaining personable.
• Exceptional leadership qualities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all banquet operations from planning to post-event follow-up.
• Supervise banquet staff, interview/train employees, and manage scheduling and performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address guest concerns promptly.
• Coordinate with banquet leadership and culinary teams to ensure service and food/beverage excellence.
