Job summary

One&Only Moonlight Basin in Big Sky recruits a Banquet Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and flawless execution of all banquet and private dining events across multiple venues within the resort.

You will recruit, train, and develop the banquet service team, establish luxury standards, and collaborate with Culinary, Stewarding, and other departments to deliver unforgettable experiences for our guests. Flexibility and a passion for high-end hospitality are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a leading luxury 5-star hotel banquet environment.
• Must be well groomed, presentable, and a positive role model for the team.
• Flexible schedule with evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Experience managing events across multiple venues or outlets is preferred.
• Proficient with BEOs, event planning systems, and MS Office; strong budgeting and inventory control skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet and private dining events.
• Recruit, onboard, train, coach, schedule, and develop the banquet service team.
• Establish luxury service standards, policies, and procedures for banquet operations.
• Coordinate event logistics with Culinary, Stewarding, Restaurant Ops, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments.
• Oversee event execution to ensure exceptional guest service and timely food & beverage delivery.
• Serve as Floor Manager for restaurant operations when banquet events are not scheduled.
