The role requires managing large banquet teams, coordinating with sales and culinary teams, and controlling labor costs and compliance during weddings, conferences, galas, and other upscale functions.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of progressive banquet or hospitality management experience.
• Experience with luxury hotels, resorts, or upscale events preferred.
• Proven ability to lead large service teams and manage multiple events.

Aufgaben

• Oversee all banquet operations from setup to breakdown for events.
• Coordinate with Catering Sales, Event Managers and other departments to ensure seamless execution.
• Lead and develop banquet captains, servers, bartenders, and support staff.
• Manage labor, scheduling, payroll, inventory and operating expenses.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations compliance.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
