Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of Service Technician experience required.
• Jaguar Land Rover Service Technician experience preferred.
• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Self-motivated and diligent; highly organized with attention to detail.
• Willing to submit to a drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive and diagnose next repair or service job from dispatcher or advisor.
• Review vehicle history and factory bulletins relevant to make/model.
• Order parts required for the approved work and complete repairs.
• Perform test drives and return vehicle to optimal condition.
• Document notes and communicate job status to team and customers.
