Job summary

indiGO Auto Group is seeking a full‑time Service Technician for the Audi Rancho Mirage team. This position offers a fast‑paced environment with growth opportunities for our most talented team members.

Qualified applicants will have 1–2 years of service technician experience, preferably with Audi, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A technical training program or factory apprenticeship is required. You will diagnose, repair, and document vehicle work with diligence and attention to quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years’ Service Technician experience required.
• Completion of technical training school or factory apprentice program.
• Audi Service Technician experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to undergo drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive and diagnose repair or service jobs from dispatcher or team leader.
• Perform required repairs and report back with proposed work and authorizations.
• Review vehicle history and factory bulletins related to make/model.
• Document work performed and parts usage; request parts as needed.
• Complete required training and maintain safety and cleanliness in the shop.
