The role requires at least five years in automotive service management, with two in luxury/high‑performance environments. Strong leadership, budgeting, diagnostics, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of automotive service management experience; luxury/high‑performance preferred.
• At least 2 years in luxury or high‑performance vehicle service management; imports experience a plus.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop a high‑performing team.
• Strong knowledge of luxury-brand vehicles and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in diagnostic techniques and repair procedures; financial management/budgeting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage the service department team (technicians, advisors, support staff).
• Ensure delivery of superior customer service and high satisfaction levels.
• Oversee scheduling, workflow, and quality control across service operations.
• Analyze financial performance and report to upper management; manage department budgeting.
• Stay up‑to‑date with luxury vehicle technologies and service procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales and Parts to ensure seamless operations and customer experience.
• Handle complex customer issues and maintain relationships with key clients.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer brand standards and regulations.
