Lexus of Nashville is seeking an exceptional Service Consultant to join its expanding team in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will be the primary liaison between guests and the service department, guiding them through repairs, recommendations, and the overall service experience with confidence and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic mechanical understanding of automobiles.
• Strong customer relations and verbal/written communication.
• Proficient computer literacy.
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Team‑oriented with customer focus.
• Able to pass background, MVR, drug test, credit check, and license verification.
• Energetic, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Recommend repairs and services that genuinely support each customer's needs.
• Confirm warranty and service contract coverage by reviewing records and explaining provisions and exclusions.
• Manage service appointment scheduling and gather customer and vehicle information in advance.
• Work closely with service greeters to create a smooth and welcoming check‑in experience.
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians and coordinate test drives when needed.
• Prepare detailed repair orders and enter all information into the service database.
