Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; background in automotive service helpful.
• Strong customer relations and communication skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screenings and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Recommend repairs and services to support customer needs.
• Explain warranty coverage and exclusions clearly.
• Schedule service appointments and collect vehicle information.
• Coordinate check-in with service greeters for a smooth experience.
• Communicate customer concerns to technicians and arrange test drives.
• Prepare and enter repair orders with accurate details and approvals.
• Review service history and identify maintenance opportunities.
• Educate customers on vehicle care and long-term value.
• Assign orders to technicians to maximize efficiency.
• Track progress and update customers on timing and costs.
• Review completed orders for accuracy and close them.
• Provide clear explanations of work and charges.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
