Lexus of Henderson is seeking service-oriented individuals with excellent organization and communication skills for a Service Consultant role in Henderson, NV. You will be the liaison between technicians and guests, monitor vehicle progress, and present repair recommendations while selling maintenance and repair services to ensure a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Sales ability and basic automotive knowledge.
• Is legally able to work in the United States.
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability.
• Pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Work closely with guests to resolve problems and ensure their maximum satisfaction with the repair process.
• Utilize all aspects of the MPI system and present recommended repair suggestions to every customer.
• Sell proper services and repairs to meet customer’s perceived needs.
• Gain customers approval for all repair orders prior to beginning work.
• Conduct business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct and our Polices & Procedures.
