Audi Stuart, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking a customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our luxury dealership team. You will be the trusted face, greeting clients, proposing maintenance options, and coordinating with technicians to deliver five-star service from arrival to completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (technical or customer service training required).
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role is required.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail.
• Genuine passion for luxury brands and exceptional customer service.
• Familiarity with automotive systems and repair processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional welcome and expertly assess customer service needs.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on maintenance, repairs, and service options.
• Create accurate repair orders and coordinate efficiently with technicians.

• Clearly explain services and costs while building trust and confidence.
• Identify and recommend additional services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle condition.
• Collaborate closely with technicians and parts teams to achieve timely, high-quality results.
