Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years of high luxury dealer experience as a Service Advisor.
• Broad automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge.
• Excellent communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for guests in person or by phone for prompt diagnosis.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery by setting expectations.
• Ensures documentation is complete and compliant with regulations.
• Follows safety policies and enforces them.
• Welcomes each guest with a prompt, enthusiastic greeting.
• References guests with complaints to the service manager when needed.
