Swickard Auto Group in Anchorage and Palmer is seeking experienced Service Advisors to join our hospitality-driven team across Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, Buick, GMC and Cadillac locations. This is a general application for Service Advisor openings as opportunities arise.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of franchised dealership experience, a proven CSI/NPS track record, and the ability to translate repair details into clear guest communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of service advisor experience in a franchised dealership preferred
• Track record of strong CSI and NPS performance and repeat guest relationships
• Clear, composed communicator -- able to manage high volume accurately without losing guest experience
• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• A genuine hospitality mindset -- you treat every guest interaction like it matters

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process -- from write-up to delivery
• Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
• Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise
• Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving and on schedule
• Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
• Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold compliance standards
• Deliver a consistent guest experience that reflects the brand and store
