Job summary

Porsche Greenville in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to build client relationships and deliver exceptional service. You will listen to customers, capture vehicle needs, communicate with technicians, and manage the service process from intake to pickup.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Current driver’s license and insurable driving record.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic mathematical skills using American units.

Responsibilities

• Actively listen to clients and their needs, interpret body language and tone to exceed expectations, solve problems, and de-escalate issues.
• Effectively communicate with service customers, ask questions, and test drive client cars to provide technicians with essential information; record maintenance and/or repairs; set expectations and provide updates.
• Complete accurate walk-arounds to record vehicle condition upon arrival.
• Advise customers on maintenance plans and explain additional work, costs, and time when necessary.
• Handle inquiries about work in progress, appointments, and general questions; respond promptly to calls, email, and text messages.
• Greet clients at pickup, review work performed, explain charges and coverage, and ensure satisfaction after the sale by addressing issues promptly.
• Process extended warranty and tire/wheel warranty claims and other administrative duties.
• Proactively communicate potential issues with customers, management, and other departments to provide the best possible experience.
• Abide by company policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
