Responsibilities

• Demonstrate automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities and features; take test drives and compare models.
• Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with past customers.
• Maintain high CSI score and an owner follow-up system for referrals.
• Learn product updates, features, accessories, inventory and benefits for customers.
• Overcome objections, negotiate price, and complete sales or purchase agreements.
• Provide sales management information by completing reports and attending meetings.
• Follow all company policies and demonstrate company values in all interactions.
