Genesis is recruiting a Sales Consultant to deliver a premium buying experience at our DC Metro store in Marlow Heights. You will guide guests through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchasing decisions while maintaining deep knowledge of Genesis models and competitive advantages.

Lead management via CRM and showroom flow, present pricing, structure deals, and work with management to close sales. Build lasting client relationships and represent Genesis with confidence.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in automotive or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• High energy and self-motivation.
• Willing to work weekends and peak dealership hours.
• Valid driver''s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide a concierge-level sales experience to every guest.
