Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with enthusiasm and tour the dealership.
• Conduct needs assessments to determine guest needs.
• Present inventory with knowledge and handle objections.
• Initiate appraisal steps for trade-ins.
• Demonstrate vehicles and explain features and benefits.
• Introduce buyers to the Service Department for follow-up.
• Ensure guests are comfortable with vehicle operations and features.
• Be the primary contact for future product questions.
• Stay updated on market conditions, values, and incentives.
• Keep abreast of new inventory and features to aid guests.
• Maintain a proactive prospecting system with follow-up contacts.
