Job summary

Cadillac Marin in San Rafael is seeking experienced automotive sales professionals to join our luxury dealership. As a Luxury Sales & Finance Consultant, you will manage the complete A-to-Z purchasing experience from introduction to final delivery, building relationships and guiding customers through financing.

We offer a $6,000 monthly guarantee for the first 90 days, uncapped commissions, bonuses, paid training, and a strong benefits package including health and vision insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience selling new and/or used vehicles.
• Strong follow-up and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Clear understanding of dealership sales process.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and creating a professional first impression.
