Cadillac Marin in San Rafael, CA is hiring an Automotive Service Advisor Assistant to join the luxury dealership service team. The role offers $20–$22 per hour DOE plus incentive commissions and full benefits.

No prior Service Advisor experience required; training and career development are provided. You will work with Service Advisors to greet customers, document issues, prepare estimates, and help explain service needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with their service needs
• Listen to customer concerns and document vehicle issues
• Assist Service Advisors with write-ups and repair orders
• Explain maintenance and repairs to customers
• Prepare estimates and service recommendations
• Coordinate with technicians on vehicle status
• Follow up with customers on repairs and progress
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments
• Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information
