Job summary

BMW of Peabody, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, seeks an experienced Sales Advisor to build relationships, close deals, and cultivate loyal customers. You will join a high-performing team with a strong culture, where success is recognized and rewarded.

Schedule: Monday–Saturday with one weekday off. Estimated Annual Compensation Range: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00. Benefits include aggressive compensation plan, training, and career advancement opportunities within Lyon-Waugh.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of automotive sales experience, preferably luxury brand (BMW a plus).
• Be tech & social media savvy; able to confidently use technology, digital tools, and social media to build your business.
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills; you can confidently present vehicles and engage with customers through the entire sales process.
• Possess an active driver’s license.
• Ability to work Saturdays.
• Proven experience building customer relationships, generating business, and delivering results.
