Job summary

Porsche Greenville, located in Greenville, South Carolina, is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to drive sales of new and pre-owned vehicles while delivering exceptional customer care and building lasting relationships.

In this role you will follow up on leads from multiple sources, demonstrate vehicles, coordinate with the service department, explain features and financing, and ensure high CSI scores. This position operates Monday–Saturday with competitive pay and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the USA for any employer.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Basic communication, problem-solving, and mathematical skills using American units of measure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain excellent relationships with our customers.
• Delight customers and provide service after-the-sale to ensure high CSI scores and positive reviews.
• Follow-up on all sales leads from various sources; maintain prospect and customer interactions on CRM system.
• Keep abreast of vehicle features, inventory, and warranty status; demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles.
• Deliver vehicles to customers and guide them through operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
• Introduce customers to the service department to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
