Job summary

Sonic Automotive is seeking a dynamic automotive sales professional at our Plano, TX location. You will guide guests through the full sales process for luxury vehicles, from appraisals to financing, while maintaining a customer-first approach.

You will gather data, complete paperwork, and stay current on our luxury inventory to make informed recommendations. The role requires resilience, energy and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales preferred.
• CRM experience and ability to navigate multiple software tools and systems.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized and disciplined with prior performance.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through the sales process for luxury vehicles, from appraisals and test drives to credit applications and financing options.
• Wear many hats throughout the process with a customer service first mentality.
• Gather and process customer data accurately to complete transaction paperwork.
• Learn and stay current on eCarOne's luxury inventory and make informed recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with guests and teammates, demonstrating outstanding teamwork.
• Thrive in a fast paced environment and multitask across multiple guests and deals at once.
